Kimyasal Buhar Birikimi Yöntemi İle Biyolojik Olarak Parçalanabilir Polimerler Elde Edildi
Biodegradable Polymers were Obtained by Chemical Vapor Deposition Method. Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) polymerization is a simple method for modifying surfaces where topologically challenging substrates can be evenly coated with polymers. In Angewandte Chemie magazine, researchers have now proposed the first CVD method to produce degradable polymers. Biomolecules or drugs can be linked via specific side groups. It offers new possibilities for applications such as coating of biodegradable implants.
In CVD polymerization the starting compounds are evaporated, activated at high temperature and precipitated to the surfaces to which they are polymerized.

Until now, only the surgical sutures, controlled drug delivery systems, drug-escaping stents or tissue engineering scaffolds have been performed, but not the substances that require degradation, but the implants that are not fragmented. It was not possible to make coatings that were previously degraded by CVD.
